This collection consists of legal documents, appeals, letters of complaint, deeds, land grants, summons, and judgements for the county of Greenup in the state of Kentucky. Legal documents pertain to court cases concerning land transactions, trespassing, stealing, divorce, and other civil matters such as failure to repay promissory notes. Included are other court records from other counties. The counties are: Fayette, Lewis, and Garrard. Also included in the collection are architectural drawings for a train station that was to be built in Greenup County. The documents range in date from 1780 to 1940.
